Registration is open to individuals aged 18 and above only. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
All transactions are processed using the payment methods registered to your account. Withdrawals can only be made to an account in the same name as the account holder.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the latoto platform. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is a serious violation that may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity carried out by third parties who access your account using your login credentials. Latoto strongly recommends:
Latoto accepts deposits via various payment methods available on the platform, including local Indonesian bank transfers and integrated e-wallets. All payment methods displayed on the cashier page are active and available for use.
Bank transfer deposits are generally credited within a few minutes up to a maximum of 30 minutes after the transfer confirmation is received by the system. E-wallet deposits are typically processed instantly. If a deposit has not been credited after the estimated timeframe, contact Latoto support immediately with valid proof of transfer.
Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time while their account is active and in good standing. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
The latoto team processes withdrawal requests within 1×24 business hours. Once processed on latoto's end, funds will arrive in the destination account according to the transfer speed of the bank or e-wallet used. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Latoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members as a token of appreciation. Each bonus is subject to specific requirements stated on its respective promotions page, and the following terms apply generally to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All games available on the latoto platform are operated using an independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party.
Game outcomes confirmed by the system are final and cannot be altered. If a technical disruption occurs during a session — such as an internet disconnection or software error — Latoto will handle the situation based on official server records stored in our system, not on screenshots or unilateral claims from the User.
For Sports Betting, all wagers placed after a match has started (live betting) use the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. latoto reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious odds error or if the information on which the bet was based proves to be inaccurate at the time of placement.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the latoto platform. Violations will result in the consequences described in Section 9.
Latoto reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a User's account if a violation of the applicable terms is found. This action may be taken without prior notice when the situation is urgent, such as to protect the security of the platform or other users.
If an account is suspended due to a suspected violation, Latoto will conduct an internal investigation. During this process, access to the account and its balance will be temporarily frozen. If the investigation confirms no violation occurred, the account and its full balance will be restored immediately.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the latoto support team. Any remaining balance will be returned once all requirements are met and the final verification process is complete.
Latoto services are provided as-is. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Latoto cannot guarantee that services will always be available, free from technical disruptions, or error-free.
Latoto is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:
Latoto collects and processes Users' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using Latoto services, you also consent to the use of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Latoto reserves the right to amend, add, or remove provisions in this document at any time in accordance with operational needs and applicable regulatory developments. Changes deemed material will be communicated to active Users via in-platform notification at least 7 (seven) calendar days before they take effect.
Continued use of latoto services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to stop using the services and request account closure before the effective date.
